OMG, wow i had never thought of this, but you are right. I wish they had shown what happened with all of that. I would hate for Angela to have come back after a year, and no one had told her where they were going. That would have been so tragically sad. It all comes down to Angela not getting the respect that she deserves. Topanga and her should have kept in contact, and of course so should she and Shawn. It was all so tragically sad.

This scene would have been perfect if Shawn’s wife was Angela standing there and not Katy. When Shawn says to Jonathan that he wouldn’t be happy, and then takes Katy’s hand i want to throw up. Seeing Katy standing with Shawn makes me anything but happy. Shawn was happy with Angela WAY before Katy came onto the scene and acting like he was never happy until he found Katy is so disrespectful.
this ain’t really about making u happy tho. i agree about how choosing katy over angela is sort of shitty… but for the new generation watching, it makes sense with the sad storyline of maya and all that. and plus didn’t angela say she found someone else? sure the writers could’ve written it better for the boy meets world storyline but seeing that would mean a bad conclusion for maya in the girl meets worlds storyline, this seems like the best ending.
Yes but that’s the problem. I kind of wish instead of making a show for the new generation that they would have continued the story line of boy Meets World and followed up on things that matter. Besides as far as GMW went, plenty of children do not have fathers and Shawn marrying a woman who i can tell he didn’t really love is just wrong. Maya didn’t need a father in order to be happy and implying that she does is sending a wrong message to kids. Maya’s mother could have met and married any man and it didn’t have to be Shawn. Shawn and Angela’s connection on Boy Meets world would not have ended that way. Fine for the new generation sure, but a slap to a lot of Boy Meets World fans.
yeah that’s the problem. i feel like they just wanted a “happy ending” and they didn’t think it over, which i feel like it was a shitty thing on behalf of the writers.
